Legal Relations in Practice of Student Loan Policy in China
Zhao Liang
In our financial aid system, national student loan system is run as a policy rather than a law. Comparing with the state-will, stability and normativity of law, the national student loan policy is more like an administrative power that embeds in the legal relations of different parties. In that way, certain portions of social structure which entrenched on our existing law system, are disintegrated and reorganized, and certain portions of national student loan policy are restricted and remodeled in social relation adjustment. As a result, three new rule systems including finance-based choosing system, school rule system and agreement system are formed. The key point of law confirmation of legal relations in national student loan system is how to promote the constructions of three new rule systems under the rule of law.

Research on the Network Structure of Scholar’s Inter-citation:A Social Network Analysis Based on the Cross-citation of the Sociological Studies
Zhang Bin
The production, transmission and development of academic knowledge depends on the academic exchange. As a key carrier of formal academic exchange, the academic periodical system plays an important role in the modern academic system. Scholars will be paid attention by their peers through publication in periodicals, and the amounts of publications and citations cited by their peers influence their visibility in the academic community. The seemingly independent citing behaviors are not equal and open as what is expected, but is deeply embedded in the structure of the academic system based on the department, which takes on obvious characteristics of power and hierarchy. Selecting 101 scholars in Chinese Mainland from the authors who publish 2 or more essays in Sociological Studies from 2000 to 2010, then using the theory and methods of social network analysis to analyze the inter-citation quantitatively, following results are found, there is a high degree of dispersion between the number of the essays published, the number of the cited and the number of citing others; an obvious boundary lies in the academic exchange network based on the inter-citation among scholars from different level colleges or departments, and some specific academic exchange circles are formed, which improves or impedes the academic exchange between different scholars; the amounts of social capital of scholars and their departments are discrete deeply, which impacts the academic careers of different scholars; as the identity symbol, department’s reputation is connected directly with the academic recognition from other scholars, which is being generalized too much.

The Expression of Rural Area in Textbooks: A Study on Two Sets of Chinese Textbook of Primary School
Luan Xi
There are sufficient expressions of agriculture, village and farmers in textbooks, which ideology and social change are presented. This qualitative research is based on grounded theory which deals with two sets of Chinese textbooks of different historical periods. Firstly, it is found in this research that the body of farmer is gradually driven away from land. To be specific, strength is no longer a positive value of body, while hands are less depicted as a positive link to the nature, for hands are replaced by machines and techniques. Moreover, people eat to enjoy rather than to get rid of hunger. Secondly, the traditional social tie of village also changes. Compared with the previous social, when family and village played important role in workplace and social norms, the national state is now highly respected, which may at the expense of the traditional social solidarity. The political elites in villages also replace the traditional elites, and act as leaders or heroes. At the same time, ideas on economics also change since poverty is not related to being noble at all. Lastly, the interaction between humans and the environment turns out to be faded. Whereas, the scenery is massively discovered, reflecting the change of the relationship between humans and the environment that those who live in modern society like to enjoy the beautiful scenery in the country to memorize past days.
