Young Teachers "Entangled " between Academic and Life: Narrative Inquiry Based on Eight Teachers in the S University

Abstract Contemporary College young teachers are "entangled", academic and life puzzle of choice. They face unprecedented pressure on the academic. When teaching experience and research that are only "visible hands", the young teachers began to have different options, or heavy research, or teaching of grievances, or to seek the balance of conscience. When you become more quantitative assessment of scientific research, research evaluation was hanging over their heads on a "double-edged sword" and ways to balance positive and negative is a tangle of issues. Increasingly competitive job title promotions, title "is not easy to say I love you". Unprecedented degree increase pressures. Treatment is objectively and continuously improve life, but for many reasons, their happiness is declining. For academic and life they never had the choice of "entangled".
