Research on Teachers Training in Reconstructing Rural Education

Abstract At present, running short of talents in rural schools and having fewer students who prefer to study in urban, education in countryside is facing the problem of decreasing in teacher source because youngsters are not willing to teach in rural areas. Even worse, the number of students in a class exceed its limit is the power to hinder the education reconstruction in rural. In view of the development of economic society in current situation with the State doesn��t exert itself to support rural teachers; combining the insights of different theories, checking and surveying related education policies; understanding that being internal coherence between the idea of open teacher cultivation in developed countries and the quintessence in traditional fostering rural teachers in China; analyzing the basic essence decided by education teachers respect and cultivation; seeking for a new balance between rural teachers training and rural school needs, think that, in this game among government, professional and market, the former should make better institution environment to rebuild foundation of rural education through caring for teachers and student��s heart. Assert a new innovation mechanism of coordinated urban and rural management with common cell-rural teachers. According to this, comprehend quantity and quality in cultivating rural teachers and further discuss a countermeasure which altogether wins in every way.
