Abstract��This is a case study of a principal’s professional career of more than 20 years upon his manuscript since 1978. His ideas will be identified from his described work in the school, the evolution of his school will be interpreted by his schooling ideas, and the basic way of school reformation and development in China since 1978 will be emerged from the evolution of his school. The purpose of this report is to save some clear memories for the great historical change and call for integrated reformation within schools.
