Teacher Professional Development in Curriculum Change: A Case Study in Narrative Approach

Abstract The paper is a narrative inquiry from a teacher who was involved in curriculum development. She grows into an outstanding teacher and a qualified teaching researcher quickly after working. She owes her growth to such environmental factors: the instructions of the tutor ,double identity ,the practice of new moral education. This paper attempts to prove up how environmental factors affect teachers? What key factors accelerated teachers’ growth? The purpose of this story is trying to make reference for school teachers.
