Abstract In China, International Division for foreign students have been established in public schools. It is developed rapidly in Shanghai. The research chooses samples from International Division of four public schools in Shanghai, describes and analyzes the education environment such as system and management, curriculum and teaching, communication and life in International Division, and gives suggestions bases on reality and research as the followings: increase the number of teachers; reform management system; emphasize the function of government and researchers; develop effective communication and co-operation among schools; build a harmonious third culture. |
