摘要

本文通过一位语文特级教师的个案研究,探索专业发展在这位教师身上的实际表现,进而揭示这位教师的内在自我及其形成过程。本文借助于访谈、调查及文献等等途径,走进这位教师的工作及生活经历,理解其中的专业发展内涵与过程,从而勾勒一个追求自我实现的教师专业成长故事。由此认为,真正持久有效的教师专业发展并非是在学者们所设计的各种外部力量的驱动下形成的,而是表现为一个追求自我实现的过程,区别或许仅在于不同的教师有不同的自我以及自我建构经历。

Abstract

This is a case study of teacher professional development. The paper aims to explore a excellent Chinese teacher’s inner self, which is composed of educational belief, spirits, and other practical knowledge, through his self-interpretation of professional development, then, to analyze the key factors of his inner self development in the perspective of his early life and teaching career, to discover what has he done to seek for self-realization in the public and his daily teaching situation, so as to describe a story of teacher professional development which can sharpen our understanding of teacher’s personal knowledge by searching a excellent teacher’s educational thoughts and identity rooting in Chinese culture and teaching context.
