| Abstract This report mainly gets first-hand materials through investigations, investigating methods of specialized subjects integrated documental analysis, questionnaire, interview in universities and relative institutions. The report analyze social-economic development, property reconstruction, and developmental contradiction, problems of specialized subjects that facing structure reconstruction in higher educational institutions in international perspectives, depending on macro-background of reconstruction for specialized subjects of higher educational institutions in Shanghai and global context, and also submit policy suggestions for the innovations and structure reconstruction of specialized subjects in higher educational institutions of Shanghai. |
