Plan and Embarrassment: Narrative Inquiry from a Teacher Who Was a Candidate of Doctor of Education

Abstract This is a narrative inquiry from a teacher who was a candidate of Doctor of Education. Her personal practical theory will be identified from her teaching story, in which the theme is her plan of educational reformation and embarrassment she encountered. Her self-interpretation of professional development and life story unfolds the key factors of her personal theory development. The purpose of this research is to develop our understanding of teacher, teacher education and educational reformation in lively and unusual stories.
